I have bought quiche from Filou’s before and they are terrific. I ordered another one for pick up two weeks ago but unfortunately an emergency happened at home which I had to deal with and phoned to cancel my order. No refund was offered or given. I will be reluctant to order again from you despite the fact that everything, food wise, is so good.
