A while ago a french pâtissier visited the new owner (newish) and helped with a few secrets for making croissants. The result is superb made all the better by me finally being able to visit, sit in the sun and read the Sunday paper with a coffee and this wonderful buttery croissant. Now this little shop is finally a true successor to M. Filou who we older ones do remember with his cigarette drooping from his lip
